Carolyn Barck is a native of Vermilion and has been working for the Lorain County Metro Parks in some capacity since 2015. She became the Assistant Park Manager of Wellington Reservation in March of 2020 after obtaining a degree in Recreation, Park, and Tourism Management from Kent State University. She has been the Wellington Reservation purple martin landlord since 2021 and has been assisting Splash Zone with their new colony in 2026.
